Preparation of key commercial terms for supply contracts, or full contract preparation.
Quality assurance management and control systems.
Document management and control systems using our cloud-based system: “inUnison”.
Cost estimate preparation, forecasting and cost control.
Program creation, baselining, updating and reporting.
Change management system set up and management.
Progress inspections and regular formal reporting.
Preparation or review of Operations and Maintenance Manuals.

Note that our internal management systems (“inUnison”) have been developed to the standard required for oil and gas projects.

Detailing the compliance assurance roadmap for a project.
Detailed scope of work definition with responsibility allocation for clarity between manufacturing and site installation.
Preparation or review of the Master Documentation Dossier incorporating the Manufacturer’s Data Record.
Analysis of the Materials and Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Specification to determine compliance requirements
Preparation or review of the Approved Vendors List (AVL).
