Matt has been involved in the modular construction industry since 2008 and EPC construction since 1996. He has manufactured buildings in Australia, China, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. Matt specialises in the technical, project and corporate systems required to ensure compliance of modular projects from design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance, logistics and site installation.
Since starting as an electrical technician on offshore oil rigs through to being a Project Director in the Canadian tar sands industry and more recently running modular manufacturing company, Luke applies his unique balance of strategic project delivery, corporate financial control and interpersonal skills to ensure projects are delivered to expectations.
With extensive training, production and site experience across Turkey, Malaysia, UAE, Gabon, Niger, Indonesia and Azerbaijan, Ilker applies his deep knowledge of quality assurance protocols with a practical approach to manufacturing process management. His leadership in ISO 9001:2015 management systems, combined with strong technical and team management skills, reflects a high level of capability in large-scale modular projects efficiently.
A results-driven engineering professional with 7+ years’ experience in cost estimation, strategic procurement, and end-to-end project management across local and international modular construction projects. Demonstrates expertise in optimising supply chains, enforcing cost controls, and delivering just-in-time execution aligned with complex project demands.
Architectural Designer with 20+ years of industry experience, with specialised expertise in modular construction since 2013. Proficient in Revit, with skills in custom family creation (LOD 300) and the development of federated models integrating architectural and structural elements. Committed to delivering efficient, coordinated, and high-quality design solutions.
A skilled structural detailer with 8+ years of practical experience using BIM and structural software including Revit, Navisworks, Tekla Structures, Advance Steel and AutoCAD. Experienced in leading BIM projects, coordinating federated models, managing various Levels of Detail and creating complex Revit families, particularly for cold-formed framing systems. Deep understanding of steel-framed construction processes and materials, with proven strengths in communication, multidisciplinary coordination and project leadership.
