Manufacturing management

Unison provides the following manufacturing management services:

  • A detailed and practical Project Execution Plan tailored to the specific project and client organisation’s processes.
  • Scope of work definition with responsibility matrix.
  • Preparation of key commercial terms for supply contracts, or full contract preparation.
  • Quality assurance management and control systems.
  • Document management and control systems using our cloud-based system: “inUnison”.
  • Cost estimate preparation, forecasting and cost control.
  • Program creation, baselining, updating and reporting.
  • Change management system set up and management.
  • Progress inspections and regular formal reporting.
  • Preparation or review of Operations and Maintenance Manuals.

  • Review and approval of the Inspection and Test Plan and associated checklists, test reports and method statements.
  • Conduct quality control inspections at nominated client witness and hold points as per the Inspection and Test Plan.
  • Inspections to ensure compliance with the Issued-For-Construction (IFC) drawings and Materials, Fixtures, Fittings and Equipment Specification.
  • Incoming materials, warehouse storage process and tagging.
  • Hot rolled steel frame fabrication and assembly.
  • Cold rolled and light gauge steel fabrication and panel assembly.
  • Floor, wall, ceiling and roof build-up.
  • Mechanical, electrical and plumbing first and second fix
  • Final fitout, joinery and equipment.
  • Provide experience workers for factory supervision or trades (country dependent).
  • Overall production progress monitoring and reporting.
  • Clearance inspection in factory for formal “module release”.
