Procurement

Unison provides the following procurement services:

We can act as either a procurement manager, or as a trader for materials or full modular supply. Note that a minimum number of square metres will apply for full supply depending on the style of project and destination.

  • Specialised product and material sourcing.
  • Preparation of project specific special and general conditions for purchase orders, subconsultants and subcontractors.
  • Negotiation with vendors for appropriate commercial terms based on the project or manufacturer’s requirements.
  • Coordination of any changes with the leads from design, engineering, manufacturing, quality control and project management.
  • Issuance of Requests for Quotation and Purchase Orders in accordance with the AVL and confirmation of commercial offers against the project’s policies and execution requirements.
  • Preparation of a Procurement Schedule to track issuance of Purchase Orders, lead times, cashflow requirements and acceptance of materials on receipt against the project budget.
  • Post-project analysis, vendor feedback and purchase order closeout with updates against the AVL entries.
