Each 100 sqm apartment consists of 3 modules in a mid-rise apartment style buildings completed volumetrically in a Pasir Gudang factory and trucked to site with over 1,500 modules installed.
At peak, the factory delivered to site more than 20 modules per day, enough to complete 6 houses and with walkway and stair modules.
