Facilities included all ensuited accommodation units, kitchen, dining hall, administration, gymnasium, laundry, medical centre and stores.
Construction phase services by Unison included full building and MEP design, procurement of all materials compliant to the Building Code of Australia, direct manufacture of the buildings in China, shipping and land transport, site preparation, services installation, building installation and financing by Unison.
